We gladly accept all major credit cards (i.e. Visa etc.) or . We may also accept additional payment methods depending on which country you are shopping from. Any available payment methods will be displayed on our checkout page.

Discount codes can be applied to all our full-priced jewelry, excluding items already on sale, sets, or final sale pieces. These exclusions are in place because they are already offered at discounts greater than most codes, ensuring you’re getting the best possible value!
Similarly, our Vetia Magic diamonds, which represent the pinnacle of craftsmanship and quality, are excluded from discount codes to maintain their fair and consistent pricing. We’re committed to providing exceptional value across all our collections, so you can always shop with confidence and satisfaction.

Shopping

The total delivery time consists of preparation time and shipping time.

Preparation Time:

- Most of our orders are prepared and shipped from our workshop within 24 hours.
- For some more complex handcrafted items, we need an additional 2 to 3 days to create them with care.

Shipping Time:

- France: 3 to 5 business days
- United Kingdom: 3 to 5 business days
- Belgium: 6 to 10 business days
- Switzerland: 6 to 9 business days
- Islands: Delivery time is longer, approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

On average, our customers usually receive their packages within one week. We are committed to providing you with a worry-free and enjoyable shopping experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives.

Free shipping on orders over £49:

Orders above £49 qualify for free delivery.  

- Orders under £49: A shipping fee of £2.95 will be applied. If you prefer a faster and more secure delivery option with a signature, you can choose the more expensive option at checkout.  

- Overseas Territories (DOM-TOM) and Islands: Additional fees may apply for deliveries to these regions. For more information, please contact our customer service.

If your order has not been delivered after 25 days, this is not normal. If you feel that the waiting time is too long, you can contact us via email at VETIACONTACT@gmail.com. Our customer service team will do everything possible to find a solution for you. In any case, please rest assured! We will ensure that you receive your order.

To track your order, please visit the Order Tracking page and enter your order number as well as the billing email address used when you placed your order.
Here are the different statuses you might see:

In Progress: Your order has been confirmed, and our workshop is preparing the package. At this stage, you can still modify the shipping address or the items in your order.

Preparing: Our workshop has already packaged your order, and the carrier has taken it for shipping. At this stage, we can no longer change the order details.

Shipped: Your order has been shipped. You can track the package in detail using the provided tracking number. Note that there may be a slight delay in updating information on the Colissimo website. Rest assured, the package will typically be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

In Transit: Your order has arrived at the local post office, and you will receive it within 24 hours. If you need it urgently, you can also pick up the package at the post office using the tracking number.

Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered. If you encounter any issues, please contact us so that we can find a solution together.

Yes, express delivery can be chosen in some cases. To know the feasibility and available options, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to assist you and find the best solution for you.

We only have a few hours to make address changes. If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us via email as soon as possible to inform us of the correct shipping address.
An incorrect shipping address may cause the package to be delivered to a location other than where you intended to receive it. In such cases, we are not responsible for the resulting error.

VETIA works directly with the best artisans from around the world, eliminating intermediaries. This innovative model allows you to enjoy our products at prices that are 50% to 70% lower. It also helps to reduce our ecological footprint by half. In exchange, delivery times are slightly longer than traditional models, typically ranging from 1 to 2 weeks.
Today, it no longer makes ecological or economic sense to have products travel through multiple intermediaries. With thoughtful choices like this, together, we can all contribute to saving the planet.

Our warranty is applicable for all Moon Magic jewelry, including all authentic gemstones and the following metals: 925 Sterling Silver, 18kt Rose Gold, 18kt Yellow Gold Vermeil, 14kt Solid Gold and 10kt Solid Gold. Effective from December 1st, 2022.

What is covered under the warranty?

Our warranty is valid against any defects in our materials and/or workmanship. Our warranty does not include insurance against physical or accidental wear and/or damage happening outside of our normal returns and exchanges policy.

Our warranty doesn’t cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear outside of our normal returns and exchanges policy (like a bent ring or broken chain/thread), improper use or storage of your jewelry, improper care of your jewelry including contact with household chemicals, hygiene products like make-up or perfumes, discoloration of stones and nylon threads caused by water, chemicals, sweating, make-up, cooking, prongs wearing out, stones lost by everyday wear, natural inclusions and imperfections of stones and any modification to your jewelry done by a third party outside of Moon Magic Jewelry. We are sorry to hear that your jewelry isn’t 100% perfect.

If you experience faults with your jewelry outside of our normal returns & exchanges policy we mention in aboves' section we’ll review your enquiry as a warranty claim.

Orders & Returns

At VETIA, you have no risks! Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you place an order from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you can return your item within 14 days from the date of receipt. You can choose to exchange it for another product that suits you or receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Please contact our customer service team in advance to allow them to process your request: VETIACONTACT@gmail.com. You will receive your refund without delay and without any additional procedures.

First of all, we apologize for this occurrence. Simply send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to VETIACONTACT@gmail.com, and we will proceed with resending your order.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 1 hour after purchase.

If you created your account after placing the order, don't worry. You can contact our customer service team with your order number, and we will manually link your order to your account. We are here to help you manage your purchases smoothly and hassle-free.

As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excl. the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping) within 7 working days. Please note that for all countries taxes, duties and shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly advise against ordering multiple pieces with the intention of returning some.

  • 18KT Vermeil – Sterling Silver plated with a thick layer of 18KT solid gold. Our vermeil is 2.5 microns thick (50% thicker than the industry standard), making it longer-lasting than regular gold plating.

It can be recycled infinitely without losing quality. It’s durable, beautiful, and when coated with thick plating and an e-coating, it becomes hypoallergenic and resistant to tarnish. It also allows us to create stunning designs at a more accessible price point without compromising on look or feel.

Most of our pieces arrive in our signature Blue velvet box, designed to double as a jewelry box so your treasures always have a safe and stylish home.

To reduce waste, sale pieces are sent in a sustainable cardboard box instead of the velvet box.

Every order comes with a complimentary polishing cloth - a little reminder to care for your jewelry as you would your own energy, with love and care.

Certification

Yes, most of our jewelry is made with natural gemstones. If not, you can find the specific material information in the product description.

Yes, we do offer certificates of authenticity for our products. However, due to the costs associated with laboratory testing and dispatch, each certificate will incur an additional fee of £8.95. Please note that it takes 2 business days to process the test and issue the certificate.

The entire production process of our jewelry is strictly supervised by professionals in our workshop to ensure the highest quality products for you.
We conduct frequent quality checks to ensure that you have the best experience with these beautiful ethnic-inspired jewelry pieces.

Floating Collection

The elastic, transparent band is crafted from durable and flexible nylon, a popular material in jewelry making. It is designed for longevity, comfort, and to adapt seamlessly to the body part it adorns; this is where the floating magic happens.

To extend the lifespan of the band, avoid contact with sharp objects, chemicals, perfume, color intense food or beverages and excessive heat. Clean the jewelry gently with a soft, damp cloth.

The band can break if it is overstretched by 200% or regularly subjected to significant stress like pulling or wearing it a size too small. Handle the jewelry with care and avoid stretching it too much; it's a ring after all, not a hair tie 😉

It is generally recommended to remove the jewelry when swimming, showering, or washing your hands. If you want to prolong the lifespan of your jewelry it’s best to avoid wearing your ring in the pool or sea, as exposure to chlorine or saltwater can potentially damage the silver, vermeil plating, and the beauty of your gemstones.

The lifespan of the elastic band depends on the frequency of use and the care it receives. With regular use and good care, it can last from several months to years.

Many pieces with elastic bands are more flexible in size than metal bands and can fit various fingers. However, if the band is too tight or too loose, it cannot be adjusted. Get the right size for a perfect fit. In case you are between 2 sizes choose the next bigger one to avoid the band digging the finger.

Store the jewelry flat and separate from other pieces to avoid tangling and damage. A soft, dry jewelry box is ideal, the perfect storage is the beautiful box it was shipped in.

Over time and with regular use, the elastic band may lose its elasticity. While the band is 200% stretchable, stretching it beyond its limit can cause deformation.

With regular use and exposure to influences such as sweat, lotions, sprays/fake tanning products, cosmetic products and also environmental factors, the transparent band may become cloudy or discolored. To minimize this, keep the jewelry and your hands clean, avoid contact with mentioned products and store it properly when not in use.

Note: Discoloration issues are not covered by our warranty.

Our nylon bands are designed for daily use and offer excellent durability. However, regular cleaning and avoiding extreme conditions and contact with color intense products including food will help extend their lifespan.

The sizing is similar, but it’s important to ensure the band is not too tight to avoid discomfort or pinching. We recommend measuring your finger carefully and choosing a size that offers a snug but comfortable fit. In case of doubt: size up.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep the ring away from cleaning products, perfumes, lotions, and other harsh chemicals that can weaken the band.

Minimize Stretching: Avoid excessive stretching or pulling on the band. Remove the ring gently to prevent overstretching.

Limit Sun Exposure: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can degrade the band over time. Store your ring in a cool, dark place when not in use.

Clean Regularly: Clean the band gently with mild soap and water, and dry it thoroughly to maintain its elasticity and appearance.

Remove During Activities: Take off the ring during activities that might stress the band, such as swimming, heavy lifting, or manual work.
